Lean Implementation Workshop

Wednesday, October 11, 2017 – Debessa participated with MPC Wilayah Sarawak’s workshop, Lean Implementation Workshop for Managers, held at the Hilton Hotel, Kuching.

The main objective of the workshop is to provide an overview on Lean Management System, including describing the Lean philosophy, describing the comprehensive framework for sustaining and implementing the Lean System; and describing linkages of Lean to other organization’s initiatives.
